unless the mod install is ultra new I doubt you'll have all the needed files, as they are updated quite regularily. I believe most games on steam have an auto update feature though, so if you download the mod and run it, it will verify your installation and if it isn't up to date will automatically do it for you....not sure if this is answering yuor question tho'..
