This reminds me of the pickpocket who went around stealing for a while, until he was finally caught. His defense was that none of his previous victims, who of course had never detected him, had ever complained.
Rule of thumb: if you won't put up a game on your own public website for download, don't suggest somebody else do it. And if you would, go ahead and do it.
