I just read the dissapearing games topic (I've been gone for a few weeks so I haven't seen it till now). What a travesty. As I understand it, this was brought on by abandonia having some games available for download, that the abandonia team didn't know were ESA protected.

So I was wondering: does anybody knows if a full list of ESA protected games exist? I checked out ESA's site, but couldn't find such a list. If such a list existed, it would be a lot easier determining what to put on the site, and what to leave alone. Unfortunately it's a big hassle for anyone but ESA to make such a list due to copyrights changing hands, and most companies not mentioning what copyrights they own.
