Established by a couple of gaming enthusiasts in 1997 under the name of Saturn. They succeded in developing and publishing their first game "Nine Princes of Amber" in the russian-speaking countries.

They began the work on "Jazz and Faust" when in 1998, the company (like the rest of the world) was struck by the well-known august economical crisis. Later the directors were changed, and so was the name into Saturn-Plus.

The following years were rich in titles, some of them also arriving on the western market. Their games were published by Buka, 1C and Tri Synergy among others.
