Nope. Money grows on trees down there (or at least one particular tree). Go search the forest (and draw a map while you're exploring it).

No, you just need something long and hard. The sword definitely works, and there's probably another object or two that would too.

I figured that, and I tried the sword, but it wasn't an option to strike it. Throwinf it didn't work either. Ah, it sucks if I have to start over haha.

I tryed playing zork on dos box but after i install it and i type RTZ in the C:\RTZ> It says Illegal command: drviers\sb16
Illegal command: MADECD
Illegal command: drivers\sb16

can some one help me with this or has the same problem

I had the same problem, and just reinstalled it making sure I had the sound configured right. Check what sound card you have and be sure to pick the right one, and try chnaging the I/O number they ask you for to 0220. That's what I did, and I got it to work.

On a side note, I totally got back from the Witch's and realized I left the steak outside. That could be a problem.

YO, you'll need to play the game in DOSBox, and in DOSBox you can tell it you have a Sound Blaster 16.
