I've heard of and played every one of the games on your list except one....

You'll find a review of Chiki Chiki Boys right here! That game was funny, don't get scared away by the cute graphics. But Heroes was definitely a platformer I prefered - well, guns, heavy boss-enemies, guns, speed, guns & GUNS!
