Even when I was still using my Athlon 900 I had not problems with loading. How much memory do you have? With enough free memory Morrowind was surprisingly gentle with it's requirements.

Does anyone have the PMB? It is a Private Mobile Base. It lets you fly to whatever town you want. If you are a mage, just set your recall inside, and viola! Here is a link to it:

When I played Morrowind last time I noticed weird thing.When you surprise Ash creature(Ash ghoul,Ascended Sleeper etc...) you can actually talk to them! :blink:
The ordinary ones have nothing interesting to say,but when you talk to one of Ash Vampires(I think that one in Kogoruhn) you can talk about topic join the house dagoth(or something like that) he ask me if I will,when I say yes he send me to Dagoth Ur and wont attack me :blink:
But Dagoth Ur(of course) dont react on it.Is there some mod that add alternative ending to morrowind?Authors planned it at least.It is a pity becouse after first time I finished Morrowind I always wanted to join the "evil ones" kick that Imperial buts out of Vvanderfell...

There are loads of mods adding new factions, including some for the 6th house. I don't tend to play "quest" mods anyway, I have enough trouble coping with all the quests in the main game without having even more thrown in

Yes, there is one that's supposedly well-developed for the Sixth House. Can't say I've played it either, though I tend to enjoy quest mods. You should be able to find it on Morrowind Summit--search on "Sixth" in the description field.
