The two faces on the right (on the latter post of course) seem just too familiar, but I don't remember where they're from..
I have one guess, although the graphics seem a bit too simple for that: Floor 13 ?

Those guys are from "Balance of Power". It was some sort of political game. Those guys are some sort of ministers.
