The thing is that the authorities in under-developed countries will not bother with such an issue, because:
1)The phenomena is so widespread that it would take a costly, and huge in any aspects, compaign to reduce(but not stop) the warez "business" 2)The authorities have better things to do than punish little kids using illegal software. EDIT moved to favorite oldies :bye: |
