then
after downloading this patch, check compatibility modes for ALL the 7 excutables in red alert directory, sort by file type if you are not sure

1)This is the same patch the game came with;
2)Patch and compability just cause more errors; 3)Compability mod only:Same error.

love this game very much
phew i love this game a lot and have some problem coz windows xp,but after i read all the post here , finally i can play it again in xp
