Probably in the CD version.
The one we have on Abandonia is the floppy version.

YEP! The CD-Version is has a much better atmosphere trough its used
professionell voices and an awesome soundtrack. You can even use the
CD as a usual Audio-CD in every CD-Player.

I think the best Release of these games is by far this one here:

Having the voices made a good game great for me, when I first played AITD I was only relatively young and it freaked me out!

cool link. I cant seem to find the trilogy anywhere though! unless i am blind, lol.

I did find some places that might have the old CD version though.
Were the graphics a bit better for the CD? or was it just the voice acting?
