Hey, can anyone tell me how to open the game.. im on Windows Xp and when i double click the .exe file it opens a dos command window but doesnt stard the game.

It seems you are trying to run the game in plain Windows. I strongly suggest you use DosBox instead.
You can download it here.

You might want to check out the official DosBox FAQ, and particularly this part of it. It is quite helpful for users unfamiliar with DosBox.

I played PoP with both PC speaker and Soundblaster. Playing with Sound Blaster the prince shouted like "AAARRRRGH" when you fell so deep that you would die. But I don't know any text.

Prince of Persia was the first adventure/Arcade game I ever played, but since the first time I've been bether.
This is one of my top 10 games.. But i'm a yung boy, just 17 so I was just a boy when I played all of the best DOS games! But I remember it very good.. :w00t:
