I still have somewhere shortcuts for some blogs. I believe one of interesting writing was by someone called Bushman (or something like that). He was working in Aftica, so he would write about countries he goes trough.

Also another interesting read was by BigMama or something like that. She wrote about her pregancy and first baby's expiriance. It was very interesting as my wife and I went trough simillar expiriance.

Yes, it is very possible that majority are as the one that you described above. But some are really worth the time to read as well.

Speaking of the blogs, why abaondonia does not have them?
