Realms of the Haunting is close, it's not Ed Hunter or Kiss. I think that there was no HUD, it was definitely not 3d, graphics were similar to old Quake. There is a possibility it's an older game, perhaps of 1996 or 1997. I still didn't have the chance to test some of your suggestions because it could be one of them. I didn't see a screenshot of what i remember but it's possible that the game is already suggested. I will test them though, i really want to find this game and then i will complete it!

I've seen all the suggested games mainly by watching videos and none of them was it guys. I'll keep searching though and if i find it i'll let you know.

Stonekeep is close in terms of atmosphere and Cyclones kind of close. I am starting to think that it was a Quake/Doom/Hexen style mod but were there any mods back then?

Eagle of fire i mentioned that it was a first person shooter in my first post. I am thinking about mods because i've seen so many shooters suggested and some others and it wasn't any of it. I am sure it was released after 1995 though fifth horseman, probably between 1997 and 2000 because i remember the graphics and also the guys playing it also played Commandos, i think the first one, another game of that year. Evident of it is that my computer in the office had Starcraft and Age of Empires 2 installed, also games of that era. Of course Starcraft was a choice of the office's officer!

I said that because you described the game as a melee game. While they are still FPSes, they are not shooters per se.
