Is this the game?
I think that the game is called Z you can find it on the Czech website *link removed* but you don't need to know Czech to navigate the game pages. I hope this helps.

It surely looked like Deadlock from the description, but apparently the title has more than one word. |

nope, something that will help to find it is the fact there is 4 races, before you start any game you have to choose a race, please look back at my first post for more info about the races, you cant miss that thing!

But again, War Wind had living creatures, some sort-of-humanoid characters, not jeeps.
