Yep, follow Kon-Tiki's advice or if you are also using magic cast the Flame Dart at the smilie (Yoric's image) then you'll end up at the real door...remember it has a false front which falls when you open it so move back (left) quickly then step on it and open the 'real' door k: :bye:

Slow down the message rate in the options? Haven't got this installed atm but I'm sure the option is there.

It should work if you install the game to the correct DOSBox directory (i.e. make sure the QFG folder or whatever it's called is inside the CDrive folder) and then run it through DOSBox.

Erm, sorry Grand Dad, but you do realise that you are talking about exchanging warez, don't you? I'm afraid burner shouldn't have made you that offer in the first place (not even as a joke), and you certainly shouldn't accept it.

Hey I love the series and I am try to play from the beginning. I had the same problem with yoricks maze in QFG1, I got the patch and it helped.
Unfortunately, The game seems to hang at the finale in the castle. All I can do is click the look icon on different characters. I remember from playing before that you fly away on the magic carpet and save the game for import to QFG2 but this time I can't get there.
Anyone can help or has the same problem????
