I always liked this game. It's simple, straight forward, but oh so much fun. I had no problem running it on XP, so i don't know what to say to those of you that are having problems there. Maybe try it in a different compatibility mode?

Well Virtual PC can emulate everything, you can install Win9X on it. Anyway, first of all download and install the patches ( http://www.gamespot.com/pc/driving/revolt/index.html , http://www.computerandvideogames.com/artic...99&skip=yes ), it helped me --somewhat.

Ah! This is so perfect game! I remember when I played the demo back in 90's. It had only "Toys in da hood" -level. At last I can play this game again!

Great game, but very difficult!

Use joystick or gamepad, it's much easier to control the car .. but not unless you have good joystick driver with "sensitivity" settings...
(I had to set 5% sensitivity!)

That's cool that the game has LAN multiplayer. k:

I recall a similar issue occuring in some other old games. IIRC disabling hardware scaling in the graphics card controls solved the problem.

This game in particular is incredibly buggy. Search through the Net for and download the available patch(es) --I think they should be added to the Extras section since this game hardly works in most systems without them-- and you may have a bugged but playable and even fun gaming experience.
