Not KQ6 though, 231 points is max score for harder way while max score for easier way was never told properly in the end of the game. Obviously it should be less than 231.

I agree. I used to have this game, as well as KQ5, Cosmo's Cosmic Adventure (all 3 parts) and several others, but my Mom 'lent' them away years ago and they were never returned. Can't even remember to whom she'd lent 'em! Grr, mothers can be so cruel sometimes. She seems to think that after playing a game once there's no point in beating it again.

What a pity! Probably your Mom didn't realize how valuable the 'oldies' are. I don't blame her. That's what I used to do 20-25 years ago. But then until recently you could get them, download or exchange

I still own KQ6, on cd, with voices. I feel MUCH more satisfied with going to the underworld instead of dressing as a maiden. No cross-dressing horses OR princes for me

Yeah, I remember trying to beat the game through cross-dressing, especially Alexander's gloriously cheesy "Yes. I mean *squeakily high voice* yes sir." Ah, the memories. *sigh*

I have the KQ6 game on CD but can't seem to get it to run on my computer... I have a new computer that is an XP does anyone know how I can get it to work?

Are you using Dosbox or VDMSound? As far as I know this game will only work using these two dos emulators but not with XP. I'm playing KQ 6 in dosbox at the moment and really enjoying it. Both the previous programs can be downloaded here onsite. Go to the front page for the links. There's also a tute on how to set up dosbox.
