Been there, done that. Hungary is not eligible for full banking at PayPal. I cannot hook up my back account to PayPal, because Hungary is not on the full support list. I can only recieve money from my PayPal account, and that is only via e-mail transfer. I read thorugh a thousand pages of custumer support, and I found no way to easily do banking with that service, so I terminated my account...

If I ever work out how to set up a PayPal account, I'm gonna buy me one of those t-shirts!
Unfortunately finance-related forms confuse the hell outta me, so I didn't quite manage to set up an account when I did try.  |
