![]() HOLIDAY.EXE?! You are in the wrong thread, my friend. You should play Holiday Island directly under your Windows OS (or with the standard method of playing Windows games on your non-Windows OS).

![]() Unfortunately, the game can't be downloaded any more from Christy Marx's homepage. However, she gives some information about it, for instance a link about some easter eggs and stuff.
And the reason, why it cannot be downloaded is that it can be bought on GOG.com now. Renewed version, no DOSBox needed.

I didn't enjoy this one as much as other Sierra games, mostly because of the odd riddles. Still a nice enough game. I also have the sequel, called Conquest of the Longbow, which features Robin Hood as the main character. Haven't played it all that much yet, but the musical introduction is fantastic |

![]() Ok, What would you all do for me if I told you that you can get this game from the designers web site for free ?
I mean, if the DESIGNER herself is releasing the game on her site for free? Then we as the "abadonia community" cant possibly be breaking any laws right ? Well, here you go!! ENJOY - This is my contribution to this site. MY way of "thanking" you abandonia!!! http://www.christymarx.com/writing/camelotfiles.htm |

![]() Does anyone else have problems getting the sound to run? Do you use VDM sound, or maybe Dosbox?

![]() I played this game years ago, before the internet and therefore the era of free easy walkthroughs... and I got stuck in Glasterbury Tor (or whatever).. didn't play it for 6 months.. later picked it up and managed to win the game! I loved this game. It had the old type in your commands interface, which was fun at the time... trying to find hidden responses from programmers. The women in Fatima for example was interesting
It was hard to win, but I liked it. |

![]() The game is pre installed to run in dosbox, means:
You don't need to install it. Delete what you've done and start over from scratch, simply unzip ALL files in a \camelot\ folder and run the game with camelot in dosbox. Capiche?
