Is it this game?
I think it was only released on Macintosch and not on PC... and it seems that it was (is?) shareware. The company that made it (RoundHouse software) has got a site, but it's down. They have an old snail mail adres, though. Quote:

would it be viable to have a mac abandonware section on abandonia how many % wise are apple users
