Actually the best results come out on PC, at least all my pics so far were made on PC. You can better work on details there, on paper you cannot correct that much...

Magic hand was simple enough to make i just googled it and blended/recoloured.
Sig was a bit harder but hey! As for drawing i usually take images and then work round them, sometimes i put the image im copying to one side re-draw them and then start editing. If i use other images that is.Most stuff is from my head. I have to admit drawing on pc is annoying after a while..
