I don't know what's going on, but when I click to Edit my account, the only options I have are to Upload an Avatar image, and a check box to get the news letter.

So I browse to my picture, and when I click Submit it tells me this:


* You must enter an e-mail address.
* Country field is required
* State field is required
* City field is required
* Month field is required
* Day field is required


But none of those fields show! Please help I looked through the forums and couldn't find any similar threads with this issue.
