Heh, I remember playing this in the arcade way back in the day! It was big fun. Pretty sure I eventually got it for the Apple IIe as well.

DOSBOX 0.64 is just a name you know :P Just get the latest CVS and you already have most of the new features that 0.64 will have. The one I have runs Windows 3.1 perfectly with sound, 256 colours and I can even play games using Quicktime!
Thanks, but no thanks: I'll stick with Dosbox... [/b][/quote]
Erm, methinks you don't know what a CVS is :P it's a "beta" version. DOSBOX has had dozens of CVS versions since 0.63, and the latest CVS is a great improvement over 0.63. Qbix is considering whether to release it as 0.64 at the moment - or if he should add a few more tweaks.

Actually it's not. Whay you're referring at is just the latest build as it happens to be in the CVS - which is a versioning system; your downlaod is NOT the CVS(for info on that) which allows for easy code maintance and collaboration. If it was a beta, it would be (semi-)publically released as a beta-version for large scale testing.
But this is all very

That's why I used " with beta because the way you explain it might make people's heads explode. It's basically an updated version which ends up becoming a new version down the line, but contains newer code.

And while this may seem off topic, it's quite important that people know the difference and that there's a CVS out there that works better than 0.63 which is already over a year old! For one, it would cut down on people complaining about problems with games on Abandonia :P

Yeah, but that would make life too easy and kill all the fun of bashing your head against a brick wall.

:w00t:

As for Burger Time, personaly, never been a huge fan. It's a good laugh n' all but I never got that "just one more try" vibe from it that a game like this really needs.

Dont be fools!!! if you squish the eggs, weenies, and pickles, sure they go away for a few seconds...but then they come back...angry  AHHH!!! The only way deal with them is to send them on a ride down the chute to buger-town...population: 3 (...pickles, eggs, and weenies)
