I hate to revive an old thread but I actually figured out what game this is almost 2 years later thanks to The Internet Archive site:
Kings Table - The Legend of Ragnarok It's not exactly as I described it, but as soon as I saw that screenshot I remembered. Again, sorry for necroing. It's a fun game though so give it a try.  |
