I've used the "contact us" form twice asking for help with my account password. No response...

What help do you need? Doesn't it work if you follow the instructions in the first post? To be honest I have little confidence in the system, but it worked for me...

Strange, no idea. Have you tried changing it back? Better never to touch anything on this website I guess.

I can try changing your password on the website or forum, but specially on the website I have no idea how it will work, and it's from the same page anyone can use by themselves.

The old password worked now and I changed it through the main site this time. Everything is OK now, I guess.
