Sorry to hear about your doggy.
Lost my 9 years German Shepherd almost a year ago, still miss that crazy dog.


Anyway, don't expect to get a response from studentis soon, it would be a miracle they respond.

BTW, it's a positive for you that you seem the kind of newbie that has a brain.
Can't say that from the peace_whatever kind, no wonder he got what he asked for.

But the fact still is the same: be a bit carefull providing personal information.
Protect yourself.
There are already enough "official" and "not-so-official" administrations that demand that kind of info, and not all those are very secure......... just think how many schools, legal administrations, whatever whatnots that have that info, and fully detailled.
It takes a routined hacker less than 10 seconds to go into a library DB and retrieve all that info .... *if* he needs 10 secs, afterall all those work usually with obsolete DBs and security programs.

So yes, it's something to think about......

I'm always careful about personal information, I do however like to reveal who I am on some trustworthy websites. I even refuse to sign up for Facebook because their license agreement is lacking in all ways. Also they ask for your email password. Any site doing that gets on my blacklist. (Their database is a hackers treasure chest! Also a great source for police and politicians thinking "Political Correctness" PC is the only way to go. Democracy was born from PC. Never forget that.)

Thanks for the tip anyway and my condolences on your dog as well. Its really empty afterwards, she was family member and a dear companion through all hardships. That's what makes dogs so unique I guess, they love you unconditionally.
