I cannot remember the name and i didnt find it although i am browsing the internet and i have checked every single game in abandonia

It was a game released somewhere between 1990 and 1996.

You were creating a character (a secret agent - commando guy)

it was both strategy and somehow shootem up

you could ride different vehicles and vessels use different weapons

you were supposed to block the invasion of an enemy armada from the east.

the enemy was coming from a continental piece of land while you were trying to block its pass by clearing the situation in a line of islands. your job mostly consisted of assassinating enemy agents, collecting information, destroing infrastructure
