Difficult to sum up what's happened in the past few years, all sorts of stuff. Horseman is the most active admin on the forum, Titan's also been active very recently. There's the Romano/Seb drama too, you can probably research that one yourself by poking around x3 Blah. Long story short, Seb banned himself.

As for the forum itself, the site redesign didn't go so well, but it the past week or two there's been a fair bit of work done that's made it far more pleasing to the eye, though there's much to be done (Data and David did most of that sort of work, from what I can tell).
