I'm employing maximum researchers per turn until I have 255(maximum allowed) in several areas and yet when the technology finally arrives I get the message "All four major manufacturers now have <technoogy being researched>".
So, even with the maximum allowable 255 researchers in each area I'm always the last to achieve technology advances. What am I missing? |
