I think the topic says it all, but if you want more informations:

I have this game called Sacred which me and my brother, whom have a legal copy just as mine is, stupidly refuse to connect to the internet server. The thing is, the game is designed so there is no other options than either playing over a LAN game or going straight to the game company MP server. I'd call that a game desing flaw, if you ask me...

The real question is, would there be a way to make the game think we are playing a LAN game but playing over the internet IPX game? If yes, could a free program do that and if yes again, do someone know about such a program?

Thanks for any help on the matter. My brother and me desperatly tryied to run this game on MP setting in the last week or so.
