Anyone else have these problems on the PC version of GTA Vice City?

When doing Avery's missions, the Limo can't seem to make it down the ramp as it gets stuck. Never once happend on the PS2, but the PC version is near every time.

When doing Cortez mission with protecting Diaz, the cuban that jumps out of the black car at the start somehow gets ran over by his own car. The mission doesn't proceed anywhere when this happens.

Using a Logitech USB dual analog controller (very similar to the PS2 types), am unable to target like the PS2 controller. Have tried everything...

Doing the Ice Cream mission, it's near impossible to start the jingle.
