UFO2 maybe but Civ3 is plain better in every respect then Civ2 let alone 1. The implementation of true borders was something I wanted since version 1 and it has better diplomatic options. Combat is better then the previous games even though it remains the Achilles heel.

I agree that CIV3 is better in some aspects than CIV2, but i don't agree that in whole is a better game... But this is simply my opinion
 After all i play CIV3 a lot, i stopped playing CIV2 a long time ago, and i have got used to it. |
