Default Daggerfall to work

Must....make...Daggerfall....work!!

Ugh. I tried it last night. Here's how it went:

1. First, I tried with an special Windows installation program, which at the same time patched the whole thing. Its still unplayable in Dosbox (complains that the cd isnt in drive. And Im pretty sure I got all the d:\ -t cdrom stuff right) and on windows, sounds are chopped, character moves like he's been dipped in glue-vat and everything else just goes plain too fast. This causes problems with enemies, who dont seem to attack me.
2. Second, Installed it with dosbox. As it claimed that Im missing few 600 MB from my hard drive (That is so lie!), I had to use minimal installation. Anyway, this didnt work, as it yet again claimed that I was missing a cd
3. Third time I got better results. After I installed it with dosbox, I placed the original exe with a no-cd exe and boom! It works!
Then it stopped working after I tried to patch the game.

So, in short, I want to make Daggerfall work without choppy sounds and glued characters and I want it patched.

I found this, but this is a slightly different case, as this was downloaded from the internet and it used nocd.bat

The program reports the actual amount of free space on your actual HDD, and the installer was not programmed to expect such large HDD's as we use nowadays.
Add -freesize 700 to your default mount, and that little bit should be solved.

Everything went well until I installed the patch. Then it stopped working again.
