I downloaded the files and I cant extract it, can someone give me a detailed instruction of how to extract it?

Just extract the RAR files, and let the program do the rest.

If you've gotten everything, make sure they are in the same folder and extract the RAR files. After that, I do believe you'll need to have a program to mount ISOs with.
