You guys have been able to help me before, and I sure as heck hope you can help me now. My stupid printer won't print in anything but blue...everything! Blue blue blue blue blue! Just in different shades. This is what I have tried
Cleaning the nozzles Running diagnostics Updating the drivers Uninstalling reinstalling the drivers replaced cartridges made sure the setting were all on default Nothing works! Any help? Has anyone had this problem before? I'm going crazy! |
