I think Moogle's point was that it's a bit hard to tell just what sort of statement Wade is making.

No im just sayin that they are not that bad but what exactly is there point? The publishers dont want them so it is a privelidge to download them fo free. And esa banns them because?

Sorry, Wade, I think I've lost you there: the software publishers don't want ESA? How do you know? Or do you mean they don't want their old games? Well, obviously they do, or they wouldn't be holding on to their rights and paying ESA to enforce them, right?

OK - from what I understand Wade has no clue to what ESA does!

The people who made the games are paying ESA a lot of money to stop anybody giving their games away. This is why ESA protected games are not hosted here!
