When it comes to computers i hardly know anything so when i saw this

In order to successfully start Transport Tycoon Deluxe
you will need to import the registry file in this
directory! To do this you will have to be logged in
as administrator. After you have successfully imported
the registry settings, start the "Trasport Tycoon Deluxe"
file in the Transport Tycoon Deluxe directory! Enjoy

In the readme document i didnt have a clue what to do.

Double-click the file and restart your system.

Im sorry about this, i still cant see that reg file what does it mean by saying i will have to log on as yhe administrater

That your user profile needs to have administrative privileges on the system.

And that reg file IS there. Look closer.

Welcome to the stupidly "newbie friendly" Windows system. To be able to see the extention of the files in your folders, you need to look up in the menu of your explorer window and go in the options. Then, in the files tab, you need to find and uncheck the "mask the extention of known file type" box. After this is done, you'll see the extention of all your files.

Any person who knows what he's doing and wish to minimize the risk of executing trojans, viruses and malware programs unwillingly should uncheck that box the minute Windows is first initialized. Unfortunatly, Windows thinks it's a good thing to hide those things to you so you don't feel "overwhelmed" at the beginning... <_<
