I'm planning to change my PC and I want to wast not so much money...

I want to buy a card without cooling fan, cause I've started to hate that noise...
What is the best video card GPU between the ATI X1300 and the NVidia6600? Do I have to look just at core and RAM frequencies?

Bus width, also. 64 bit is worthless now. 128 is standard, 256 bit FTW.

Memory size matters somewhat. 128 might be a tad little by now, but 512 is overkill.
Go with 256.

Make sure the RAM of the card has good access time.

Thanks for your suggestions guys k:

I think I'll go for the X1300 which have 512 MB RAM and Core/Ram frequencies a bit higher... hoping it will not overheat...
