Last week I found Windows 3.1 on floppies (OMG!) but Disk 5 is missing. does anyone know where I can get it?

I'd rather pay the 1.99 on ebay instead of paying the huge MSDN annual subscription fees to M$ if you don't mind

hmm, does that installer report the missing files? I could give you the ones needed if you can tell me.... (got MSDN also) or is that illigel?
