Default 8fat.fnt error

Hi there - I recently downloaded the Legend to Kyrandia game and followed the instructions to set up DosBox and NC (which were awesome by the way). However when I go to launch the game I get the following error in dosBox:

Unable to load font 8FAT.FNT
Reinstall Program

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I'm not too sure what exactly I'm supposed to be reinstalling here!

According to the technical notes in the review, you have to mount the cd subdirectory of the game's directory as your D drive and run kyracd.bat to start the game.
Are you sure you're doing that?

As far as I have been able to determine, this problem occurs in two situations:
1. You have not mounted the CD subdirectory of the game directory
2. You have mounted the CD subdirectory of the game directory without using the -t cdrom switch
