I need help finding an old game that played like rampart, in the sense that you could position various weapons on platforms. However, rather than being on the ground surrounded by castle walls, you were on a ship floating around in the sky. The ship type was an old galeon type powered by propellers.

The view was top down and you could manouver the ship while shooting at your enemys ship and repairing and placing more advanced weapons.

I think the year was around 1990-1995. Tried my best to remember everything. I've checked all the rampart clones out and other recomended games like rampart but to no avail.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Could you try squeezing bit more of that memory? I've been looking around, but all Im getting are bunch of shmups or games that play like Star Control.

Are you sure the gameplay is similar to Rampart?
