This is best played with a heaping of mescaline and some oldskool jungle techno soundtrack.
And then you totally start ripping shit up, I mean honestly, there's no such thing as ripping too much shit up and when you're ripping this much shit up there shouldn't be an Asiatic embargo on your toonies which should be in plentiful supply once you trade them out with all your BILLZ at the local corner store.

The first of the 'silent service' game is only interesting for those who want to know how this genre of games began.
If your aim is to play a game and enjoy it, forget this one, and skip directly to the sequels.
