seems like no problem with the drivers or may be problem with all of the listed drivers.

Search the differences.
@800x600 256 colors the burden on the CPU is much lesser then 800x600 64K/32K colors.
in
dosbox conf 'windowresolution' is set to 1024x768 so dosbox stretches the 800x600 to a 1024x768 window.
Great advantage: you get a 1024x768 window but W3 is running@800x600 256, much lesser impact on the CPU.
Notice: that is the
windowresolution that dosbox will give you, NOT window
sresolution.
Whilst the aspect ratio stays on a normal 4:3, no distorted view.
Also: what's all that crap running on the background?
