It is apparently Quest for Glory IV (according to my YouTube video research.)!
I was very young at the time of playing and apparently hadn't reached the dying parts yet. Also graphics must have seemed more unbelievable than I have factored in now.

Hope to return the favor someday.
Off to (hopefully) buy and play Quest for Glory IV now!
