Curses! I finally got a stupid new printer because my last one died, and this one has been working beautifully! And now, suddently, it won't print in black! It prints blue and red, but no yellow or black! What the heck is wrong with it? I've cleaned the heads and realigned them, and changed the cartidges. I don't know what's wrong! Any help?

When you click on 'printer setup', is there an option to print in colour or black & white?

You might have to re-install drivers and any other service programs that comes with it

you may need to put it in the bin and stop buying cheap printer, or just replace the ink.. thing.

Yeah but for $160 bucks in new Zeland you can get a cannon Ip3000 they are really good get one your self or you could get the ip4000 not avalible In newzealand though.Basicly a cheap but good entry level photo printer use one myself.

it just came to my mind, if you are facing such a problem second time..
maybe its problem in your computer, usb maybe?o_O
i know, probably not and this is stupid suggestion. but did you try installing printer on to another computer?..since its for second time

1.buy hammer
2.pulverize OLD printer
3.Buy new printer
4.rince and repeat
