We talked about this idea in a different topic and here's a test run. Now first off I'd like to present this idea (then we'll see if it works or not). Above are some games that you can vote for. They are all featured on our site and have different standings. We're now interested which of these selected games is your favorite. The one with the most votes will be re-introduced to the public in a weeks time, simply to remind people what hidden gems lay within our archives.

This weeks theme is High Seas Exploration/Trading/Adventure

Remember, this is the first go at this, so some mistakes are bound to happen. Feel free to coment, suggest, critisize (constructivly off course) and/or help out in any other way.

I voted for Seven Cities Of Gold.

Aren't there a few games missing from that list?
I'm positive there are plenty more good overlooked exploration games on the site.

Well I know I could also add Colonization (it would fit the category), but the game isn't all that overlooked - among the top ten games (populatiy).

I voted for Pirates! Gold because it's (IMHO) the best among the abovementioned games.

I'm not really sure that Pirates!Gold. is overlooked, IMO it's one of the more famous games in history, but it still gets my vote...

Well, it's not among the top 50 games (although I think it would deserve to be there). But then again, I think all of the above games should be among the first 50... (in fact I think at least 120 games should be among the first 50... :blink: ).
