as gta 2 is avalible for downlaod for free fromrockstar, it is probably cast as free/share ware.
i had gta2 pc ver installed on my system and one day the dog stomped on 3 of my cd's! one of em was gta 2. i really want to get this game running again so is there a no-cd patch or somethin? :blink: :ranting: :wall:

Like you said, it's available for download from the official site. Get it from them, the version they offer doesn't need a cd-key.

The sooner you start to download, the sooner you can play. Besides, with a 512kbit connection it shouldn't take more than 2-3 hours.

Shouldn't you be able to download GTA and GTA2 for free from GTA main site? I do recall reading that it was released for download... but yeah... start getting it now and you might be able to play tomorrow ;)

Also will refer to previous nocd question in this forum which got informed that asking and talking about nocd patches is considered warez.
