I need a program that I can use to draw from scanned pictures. To make some game graphics. If I draw something and scanned it I need to edit it putting computer colours etc. So do you know anyways or programs that can do this. Help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

you mean you need to colour a contour?if that's the case i have a tutorial in the art section.

There are many programs, but i like Gimp: it's free and has many tools, "nearly" like photoshop

Paint shop pro can do the trick too I think, it's cheaper than photoshop...

Yeh.. or you could just get photoshop educational.. or a 30 Day demo or something.
