Im trying to get a webcam connection with my friend.
But when i get him on screen,the connection is very laggy.
Is there anyway to speed up webcam connection?

You two should have a wide band connection (DSL, cable or satellite) or reduce the cam resolution... and maybe you could convince all the people that is using your same telephonic line, in not staying connected for some time... :D

Most people don't have ISDN.

Yes, if both ends are using a faster connection, I would suggest using a program like one of the Messenger type things, but have a private conversation to limit feedthrough. Also, it may be the camera you are using. If it has a slow refresh rate or some such, it may display slower.

There are many things that may also affect this.
